Cupcakes and hair spray---a girls' best friends.... Card is on red card stock from Stampin Up and the pink is also theirs. Used white from Walmart and the heart print paper is from the dollar section at Target. Used the Swiss Dots embossing folder for the printed hearts paper. Used check ribbon from the stash. Behind the flower I used the Spellbinders Lacey Circles die for the white circle. The 'flower' is small cupcake liners that I folded, clipped, and scrunched to the look I wanted. Put a crystal brad in the center. Once I scrunched the liners to how I wanted them I misted them with hair spray. "Love" is a stamp from Art Impressions and I used SU Real Red for that.
