New Year Cheers Card

This card was inspired by "razldazl" on Splitcoast. Used 110# weight black card stock from Mikes, silver foil is from Hobby Lobby, and the black card front piece is regular weight black card stock from Mikes.

For the balloons I used a balloon punch and scrap gold, silver foil and silver glittered card stock. For the "2016":

This year stamp is from  Morningstarstamps.com (LOVE her stamps) and I stamped that onto scrap white/GP card stock using silver ink from Encore. Used a circle punch to punch that out. Using a small scalloped circle punch I punch out a scalloped circle from silver glittered card stock. Put the year circle onto the glittered circle using glue dots.

To make this card I cut and scored a piece of the #110 weight card stock. Then cut a piece of the silver card stock for the card front. Cut a lighter weight card stock for the black card front. Using the ATG I put the black card front onto the silver piece. Set these aside. Punched out all the balloons and also stamped and cut out the year stamp and put that onto the glittered scalloped circle using glue dots.

Used silver twine from the stash for the strings on the balloons. The foil balloons are on the card front using double sided tape and the silver glittered balloon is on the card front using pop dots for dimension. For the "cheers" I used a die by Memory Box and cut that out of silver foil card stock using the Cuttlebug. Put this onto the card front using a glue pen. Once the "cheers" was on the card front I used the ATG to adhere this to the black card stock base. Then using pop dots I added the year to the base of the silver twine.

Easy card to put together and with the foil card stocks it was difficult to photograph. Thanks to "razldazl" for sharing her card on Splitcoast. TFL and YOLO
