Circle Treat Holders

These treat holders will hold three chocolate nugget candies. For the wrappers for the candies I used a 3" x 1" (approx) piece of printed card stock -- I used single sheets only for the wrappers and not double sided.

For the treat holders you need:

1 Scallop Circle punch -  3 1/2" size
Marth-Pal (score board from Martha Stewart)
Glue dots

To begin with punch out your 3 1/2" scallop circle. Score it at 1" and then 2 1/2". Turn a half turn and score again at these marks. You can see in the photo the scored piece on the left side. Then using scissors clip the outside lines at opposite sides---this will leave you a square in the center. Using a glue dot on each clipped piece put the box/holder together. You can add ribbon to the outside and then tie a scrap piece of the ribbon and put that on the front of the holder with a glue dot. Add three of the nugget candies and you are done. You now have circle treat holders --- that are no longer a circle. See below:

Quick and easy to make esp if you want to put them on the holiday breakfast table or dinner table. TFL
