Hero Arts Hello

Went to a stamp garage sale and bought this still sealed four stamp set by
Hero Arts for $2.00. Made it up in pink and purple. Layered the Hello stamp
on another flower stamp I stamped onto the cardstock. Martha Stewart punch
for butterfly. Tag punch by Stampin' Up.

Delightful Decorations in Blue

Blue embossing used on ornament stamp. Two ornaments from Delightful
Decorations and the matching punch from Stampin' Up.

Sizzix Sleigh

The background stamp is "Greetings" that I got at a garage sale for $2.00. I used Versa Mark on that and clear embossing. The sleigh die is by Sizzix that I got on Ebay. Gold foil paper is from Hobby Lobby for the sleigh rails. The bow on the sleigh is a Martha Stewart punch. I cut all all presents from scraps.

Cuttlebug Christmas Tree (Cut apart)

This tree card is using the Christmas Tree embossing folder by Cuttlebug. When I bought this folder and made my first tree I found the top of the tree was at the fold in the folder. This would not give you any space above the tree to decorate or to evenly space on the card front. So I cut the folder apart on the seam and taped one inch pieces of cardboard (backs of paper pack pads)---one piece to one folder and one piece to the other folder. Then I taped them back together at the cardboard and now I had an extension on my Christmas Tree folder and I made this card. To make it easy for the crystals to stay on I used the folder imprint backwards so the crystals are "in" the embossed parts. "Be Merry" is a stamp from Stampin' Up.

Thanksgiving SU Wheel (cut out)

This card was made with the large Blessings wheel from Stampin' Up. I rolled it out and cut out this section of words. I used Kraft paper by Paper Trey Ink for the card. I used dyed rafia from Michaels and a button from my seemingly endless bottom button jar. Pumpkin I made from punches put together.... Dots are from a clear dot border stamp using Pumpkin Pie ink from Stampin' Up.

Sizzix Turkey Die Card

Turkey die by Sizzix which I got on Ebay. Solid paper cardstock from Stampin'
Up--printed side paper from Hobby Lobby. Used scraps for the "feathers" on
the turkey tail.

Veteran's Day 2010

Three embossing folders used on the Cuttlebug. The ribbon is left over fabric from my July 4th napkins I made. The white dots on the star embossing is with the Signo white pen. Words "Veterans Day" are computer generated. The denim brads are by Making Memories from Big Lots. Various star punches used.

Sizzix Ebay Ghost Die

Card is made with Sizzix ghosts die and the paper pieces on the left side are
from a punch by Stampin' Up. Both of those are bought from Ebay.  Black
spider is from black flocked paper by  Joanns using the Halloween die from
Cuttlebug. The ghost is white glittered paper from Hobby Lobby. Used lots
of scraps for this card. The spider border punch is by Martha Stewart.

Black and Brown Halloween Card

This card is made with core paper and sanded. I used a Halloween embossing
folder by Cuttlebug. The whole piece would not fit on my card so I cut it down
to size. The netted "flower" is wired edge netted trim that I cut the wire off of
the edges and gathered up a small piece and put the brad in the center to hold it together.  Spider web border punch is by Martha Stewart. Solid cardstock is by Stampin' Up.

Spider Web Cards with Cuttlebug

All spider webs are embossing folder by Cuttlebug. Sponged ink onto the orange web---and the aluminum foil is the cheap foil from a dollar store. The two cards with the cut apart spider webs are with scraps of paper. The words "boo" on the two cards are from the "Spooky" word die from Sizzix and I made the letters backwards and used them upside down to spell "boo" out of  p - o - o.  Martha Stewart pumpkin punch and also her spider web border punch.

Witch hat and shoes by Sizzix

Hat and shoes die by Sizzix. Purple card background is marbles and reinkers.
Orange background is clear embossing which does not show well in photo.

Candy Corn Card

Candy corn Nestabilities---sponged edges of candy pieces. "Boo" is black flock
paper from Joanns and I used the Halloween die by Cuttlebug. All sections of this card have been embossed with Cuttlebug folders.  Black cardstock
is by Stampin' Up.

Pumpkin Cards

Two cards inspired by Sue Nelson at Heartprints.com. The one card has a black netting bow on it---I used netted trim with a wired edge and I cut the wire off the edges--gathered up a small piece and put a brad on it to hold it together. I then used a tag punch from Stampin' Up and stamped the words from a Stampin' Up stamp.

Indian Summer

This card was inspired by Sue Nelson from Heartprints.net---Used the
pumpkin Nestablities and Spellbinders tags. The small pumpkin is from
the Martha Stewart pumpkin punch but it did not look "hefty" enough so
I used my small oval punch for the center front piece. I sponged the edges
with Stampin' Up Pumpkin Pie ink. Then using the scroll punch by Ek
Success I made the vine and used a small leaf punch for the leaf.

Fishes and Delightful Decorations

Totally inspired by Splitcoast---used the Delightful Decorations stamp set and the punch to match to make the fish. Used Color Box inks. "Summer' is a dollar stamp from Michaels. String is from Joanns.

B B Q

Card is inspired by Dawn (DoStampinwith Dawn ? ) for the grill and the
word stamps are from Michaels and the dollar bin. Could not find twine
so used string from hubby's tools and stash and untwisted it and then it
was easier to work with.

Mother's Day 2010

Made this card in blues, yellows, greens, and pinks. Simple using the pre-
scallop edge papers.

Easter 2010

This is my first step card--standing view and opened. Time consuming but it
was perfect for Easter. Again it used alot of scraps. First seen on Splitcoast.

Book page flowers

These cards are the cards I made for Spring 2010. The flowers are from a used pocket dictionary that I bought at a flea market for .25 cents. These cards used more of my scraps  :0)  and the buttons are from the massive collection in my button jar. Inspired by Splitcoast.

St. Patty's Day 2010

Words and "Pot of Gold" stamp is from dollar stamp bin at Michaels. Cardstock is from Stampin' Up.

Pink Heart Valentine

Valentine card made with $1.00 stamp from Micheals.

New Year's 2010

One of my favorite cards---used New Year's stamp from Stampin' Up using sliver ink. The year is computer generated. The flower is using a black flower and the layers behind that are punched papers.  *** This card was published in the "Just Cards-Holidays" magazine available in September 2011 ***

Hello Kitty 1 & 2

First card is for the invitation to a birthday party and second card with Hello
Kitty's head only is the thank yous for the party. This was for a 10 year old girl.

Quilting

Paper piecing quilt card. Inspired by Splitcoast.

Sympathy card

Had to make an unexpected Sympathy card--first one I have made. Flower is Versa Mark and inked and used the Cuttlebug and Swiss Dots embossing folder.

Thanksgiving 2009

Used more of the Debbie Mumm paper from Joanns. Borrowed the circle "lace" punch from friend.

Fall 2009

This card is inspired by the words and I had to find a stamp to use with it---the figure is by Karen Stopler. Used scrap papers for the leaves.

Easter 2009

Done with marbles and reinkers. Flower is Versa Mark and then chalked.

St. Patty's Day 2009

First sample----real cards were not crooked--haha. But this is the only card of this holiday I had left.

Christmas 2009

Detailed card---used punches, Nestabilites, Spellbinders, and layering. Used
foiled paper.
